Shipping destinations

ShedSlick currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard tracked shipping is free unless a different charge is clearly displayed during checkout.

Processing time

Orders typically require 1–5 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Estimated delivery time

After dispatch, delivery commonly takes approximately 4–14 business days. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, unusually high order volume, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent using the contact information provided during checkout when it becomes available. Tracking may require several business days to display its first update.

Shipping addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee address changes after processing begins.

ShedSlick is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.

Delayed or missing packages

If your tracking has not updated for an unusually long period or the estimated delivery window has passed, contact us through our Contact page and include your order number.

A package marked delivered should first be checked around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors. The customer may also need to contact the carrier. We will review eligible cases and assist where reasonably possible.

Damaged shipments

If an order arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs or video of the product and packaging.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfillment has begun.
